Terms & Conditions:

• 16% Federal IVA tax and 3% State Hospitality tax is additional and added to total price
• 3-night minimum on all guesthouses 
• Check-in time: 2:00pm | Check-out time: 11:00am  *Early Check-in or Late Check-out dependent upon availability - Just ask ;-)
• Credit card information required to confirm booking | no deposit required (20% deposit required to book the entire Estate)
• Credit card will be charged upon check-in in USD  | We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash 
• All guests are required to sign a Waiver of Responsibility upon check-in

Cancellation Policy:

• 100% refund if cancelled with more than 30 days notice
• 50% refund if cancelled with 14-29 days notice
• If cancelled with less than 14 days notice, the credit card used to confirm the reservation will be charged full amount
• The Cancellation Policy is different if you Rent the Estate
